PRODUCTION LEADER SUPERVISOR

DUTIES:
Coordinates all operational activities for model cell (production, cell layout, capacity planning, associate training, etc.) with 25
associates.
Directs, trains and coordinates area personnel in the most effective and efficient procedures for problem solving and task completion to manufacture a world class quality product.
Insures that production schedules can be met through effective planning of manpower, equipment and materials.
Coordinates with functional areas such as Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering and all suppliers and customers to resolve problems in order to effectively meet goals.
Manages Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Coordinates all personnel issues within the model cell (reviews, training records, discipline, awards, vacations and etc).
Manages budget.
Functions as first response to customer complaints - talk with customer, arrange on-site sorting if necessary, champion complaint response.
Visits customers and/or hosts customer visits.
Responsible for safety, OSHA conformance.
Disposition of MRB.
Promotes and maintains good morale within area by keeping employees informed and by listening and acting on their concerns.
MUSTS:
Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline.
Plant floor production leadership experience required.
Knowledge of cell manufacturing desired.
Knowledge of automotive molding processes desired.
Knowledge and utilization of Lean System tools.
Six Sigma Green Belt, preferred.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Problem solving and procedure writing ability.
Ability to understand technical aspect of written specifications.
Ability to travel as required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
