Scheduling Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Owner, is responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers based on all new and current clients.
Location:Somerset
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30a-5p (lunch break included)
Participates in on-call rotation after hours (usually on call 1-2 weeks/per month.)
Compensation: Salary will depend upon skills and experience. Quarterly bonus plan.
Nature of job:The position reports to the Owner and is responsible for accurately scheduling our caregivers with our clients. Position creates a weekly schedule, keeps client schedule plans updated, and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the schedule throughout the week as new hours are added, caregivers get sick, etc. Position communicates frequently with caregivers and clients related to scheduling. Position assists in the hiring of new caregivers, tracks caregiver attendance, and contributes to performance reviews. Position assists in clerical duties.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
