We are a growing restoration company looking for the next member of our team. The franchise has a forty-two year proven history. We provide opportunity for growth for the right individual.
We are looking for a person who is honest, reliable, respectful, hard-working, efficient, a good listener and communicator who enjoys following a schedule that can change due to an emergency.
Qualifications:
There is heavy lifting involved and demolition performed, daily monitoring at residential and commercial sites, documenting on an ipad, measuring and sketching of all affected areas.
Daily logs are required.
Individual will need to complete an Employee Certification Training Program.
Distance to jobs extends within a one hour radius of Pleasanton.
Estimating and Xactimate experience would be a benefit.
MUST have current and valid CA drivers license.
MUST be willing to work nights and weekends if needed.
This is an emergency service business available 24/7
MUST pass a background check.
MUST work well with others and independently.
MUST work well under pressure.
MUST work well with challenging situations.
MUST be able to leave job site each day in better condition than when you arrived.
MUST be willing to get certified in water restoration and take other valuable courses as needed ideally be WRT certified.
