Description :
Sr. Principal Software Engineer
General Description:
Function as the 'hands on' leader of a software project team.
Perform design, implementation, and integration software development activities.
Serve as the system architect and guide other engineers to build and test the system.
Exhibit proficiency with object-oriented design, agile software development, and design of custom web interfaces.
Required Skills:
Web-based interface development experience
JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML 5, RESTful Web Services
Microsoft .Net Framework 4 using C#, Visual Studio, MVC 3.0
Relational database design, PL/SQL, Oracle
Preferred Skills:
Workflow Foundation 4
MS Team System, JIRA, or other agile requirements and issue management experience
Domain knowledge pertaining to Privacy Act and FOIA request processes
Knowledge of DOD 5015.2 standards for records management software applications
Experience working on IT projects for Intelligence Community
Position Requirements:
Must have experience in modular software design.
Must be able to cite previous experience(s) leading a software team.
Possess strong technical written and verbal communication skills.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; a MS is preferred.

years of total working experience.
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and at least 18 years of related experience.
Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizen holding or able to obtain a TS/SCI with full scope polygraph clearance
