Under direct supervision, perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Requires use of a few simple hand tools. Technical Tasks: Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions. Accurately read blueprints. Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools. Demonstrate proper use of electrical/mechanical measuring devices. Test and calibrate parts. Customer Focus: Responsible for quality. Responsible for building parts that meet customer expectations. Meet customer deadlines Other: Ability to acquire necessary skills/knowledge/certifications as required. Take ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs. Work successfully in a team environment & handle multiple tasks. Effectively interact & communicate within team and other functional groups. Proactively participate in cost reductions
