The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Defining Rockwell Collins ARINC Direct's Cabin Service vision, product strategy and roadmap.
Developing a proposition and readiness plan for Rockwell Collins ARINC Direct future cabin service offerings.
Managing ARINC Direct's day to day relationships with Inmarsat, Iridium, Viasat and Rockwell Collins Commercial Systems.
Working with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all stakeholder needs are identified and successfully addressed.
Communicating, coordinating and managing EMEA Satellite Services relationships, service prioritization for delivery of agreed products and services.
Owning all required product business plans including Statement of Need user requirements and Functional Specifications.
Delivering user requirement documents and functional specifications with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
Understanding the market, competition and competing products.
Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Developing required capital financing plans and justifications.
Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product.
Acting as a leader within the company.

Qualifications
Required
Experience:
Ten (10) or more years of proven work experience in satellite communication operations environment.
Experience in marketing or product management in a relevant field.
Experience presenting technical material to both technical and business audiences.
Experience in launching new products.
Financial skills to conduct market analysis and preparing new product business plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Able to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Education:
B.S. in Aviation, technical related field, or equivalent experience.
M.S. degree preferred.
