Manager, Metro Office Strategy and Execution will determine economic benefits of Metropolitan Offices and ensure assets are leveraged to their maximum. He/she will drive next generation Metro Office model. This individual will improve instrument and implant inventory deployment utilization through the development of required policies and technologies. The Manager, Metro Office Strategy and Execution will be responsible for determining optimal physical location and need of Metropolitan offices. He/she will determine most favorable mix of products to be stocked and ensure the business processes continuously flow in a manner commensurate with company policies at each office location. This individual will be responsible for providing clear and visible direction to team designed to create a common vision, universal understanding and commitment to the attainment of company objectives. The Manager, Metro Office Strategy and Execution will drive the most appropriate means to deliver assets to the end user. He/she will foster relationships with Supply Chain, Field Audit/Inventory and Sales to deliver commercial results.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 10 years of asset management experience over multiple sites in a leadership role is required. A minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience is required. Financial Planning and Analysis experience is preferred. Prior experience in sales support office administration is preferred. Health care industry is preferred. Distribution management is preferred. Process Management experience is required. Previous audit experience is preferred. Must be a results-oriented and customer-focused leader who possesses strong collaboration and communication skills is required. Strong business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated strategic project execution and strategic thinking skills is required. The candidate selected for this role is required to be highly proficient in presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
This position can be location in Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, Warsaw, IN or Palm Beach Gardens, FL and requires up to 40% travel, which could include international.
