Plant Process Control Manager

The Plant Process Control Manager has primary responsibility for monitoring the adherence to
all processes which affect Technology, Inventory and Data Integrity, including all processes
associated with RFID, Inventory Control, AngelTrak and ABS as well as looking for areas of
improvements in the established process and reporting back to the Area Process Control Director
and the appropriate Corporate Team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology with 2 years' work experience
or 10 years' work experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
o Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, Business Objects, Databases, etc.
o Communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of the organization as well as
with the customer
o A strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
o Strong critical thinking aptitude as measured by assessment
o Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and customer service orientation
o A clear understanding of Safety procedures and a commitment to demonstrating safe work
practices
o Ability to work in a team and independently
o Special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
o Previous experience in an RFID environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
