System Engineering IPT- Senior Contract Account Manager (CAM) also known as Deputy Assistant Program Manager (APM)
Supports the System Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) of the CRH program to delivers the product to the customer in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as identified by contract.Reports to the CRH Avionics Assistant Program Manager/IPT Lead.
-Leads IPT CAMs in developing, statusing, and reporting to cost, performance and schedule goals as outlined in the Integrated Master Schedule.
-Interfaces between the customer Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Sikorsky for all performance related issues across the IPTs responsibilities.
-Works with Supply management to ensure sub-contract performance is supporting IPT goals and objectives.
-Monitors all project requirements, work statements, budgets, schedules and risk management plans.
-Develops and reviews project metrics, primarily EVMS, to track project health and provide visibility to the Program and Executive management.
-Coordinates project reviews, oversee activities initiated by the customer and manage other efforts required to maintain project support.
-Prepares and gives formal presentations to internal and external groups.
-Ensures timely and complete feedback is provided to all associates to improve their overall performance.
-Ensures full compliance with UTC Code of Ethics, ITC regulations and all applicable policies.
-Ensures proper practices are in place to comply with EH&S requirements.
Business Unit: SikorskyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
