## Description
Performs all labor necessary to maintain Aircraft Maintenance Hangar work areas in a clean and orderly condition to include but not limited to sweeping hangar floors, operating the powered floor scrubber, containment and clean up of fluid spills and proper disposal of absorbents. Clean and defrost lunch room refrigerators and general lunch room cleanliness. Performs other related duties as assigned.
## Qualifications
Must have operational knowledge of custodial equipment and materials such as industrial buffers, vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooers, and cleaning agents. Must be knowledgeable of floor stripping and waxing techniques. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. A minimum of six (6) months recent experience in custodial work or equivalent is desired. Requires prolonged periods of bending and standing. Must be able to obtain and maintain a flight line drivers license. Physical exertion requirement is medium. Reference CBA. L-3 Vertex is an equal opportunity employer.
