Description :
The person filling this role will act as a functional and technical resource for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) customer onsite at the DTRA facility.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Providing functional and technical SA support of the Standard Procurement Systems (SPS) Suite of Products.
Provide functional and technical advice and guidance and supporting resolution of critical PD2 operational issues.
Assist with SPS upgrades and software implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to react to customer issues and formulate resolutions quickly.
Previous experience in software implementation, testing, or customer support and a strong desire to help customers with their issues.
Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
Qualifications:
Experience with DoD contracting or procurement (Ideal experience includes government contract writing, PD or other Acquisition System experience.), Relational Database Management Systems (Sybase), CRM Tools (Siebel), SQL and webMethods a plus.
