Position
Summary:
Team Members perform an important role in the studio's ability to achieve results and grow by providing remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sales and portrait delivery experience. Following Camera Room Expectations and Posing Guidelines, you capture portraits to maximize the sales average and exceed the customer's expectations.
## Job Requirements
Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends, as needed.
Sales and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to quickly develop a good rapport with children and adults.
Basic computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry) (specifically Microsoft Excel).
Basic math skills.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the job (e.g. lift up to 40 pounds).
Experience Preferred:
Previous retail, service-related or photography experience.
Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently in some markets.
High school diploma or GED.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
