Job Description
Summary: To handle all administrative duties as required by Sales and Marketing Services.

Responsibilities:
Schedule work load to meet deadlines of all managers.
Types and distribute all correspondence, including turnovers, letters, contracts, etc. for assigned managers. Ensures that all correspondence is 100% accurate.
Process History Requests, Site Forms, Reservation and Amenity Requests, Transportation, Golf Request, Proposals, and complete the Turnover Process.
Maintain files and ensure that all information is included in file, i.e. post convention reports, letters, fax information, etc.
Coordinate general office functions.
Ensure that all managers receive messages in a timely manner. (messages to include name and phone number of caller, date and time call received).
Able to qualify and complete Lead Response Form.
Process Expense Reports.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Utilize Birchstreet for ordering of office supplies.
Job Requirements
Two years experience in a similar position preferred.
Good verbal/written communication skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance. Stand, walk or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive motion, including utilizing telephone/computer for an extended period or for an entire shift.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
