Foundry Quality Manager with strong leadership skills are needed. Our client is a grey iron foundry and a major supplier to the automotive industry and they need a Quality Manager who will lead all Quality activities in this 700 person plant, including Supervisors, the lab and at least 20 quality professionals. The company is both QS and TS registered. This is a great part of the country to raise a family.
Requirements Quality Manager:
1. Associates degree (bachelors preferred) and at least 5 years of strong quality experience in a foundry working with customers
2. At least 3 years of supervision experience
3. Experience with quality practices including APQP, PPAP, 8D and FMEA.
4. Ability to run a metallurgical laboratory
5. You must be a career driven, goal oriented person seeking to improve an operation
6. Strong preference for automotive or high volume experience
Duties for Quality Manager:
1. Lead the entire team of quality professionals to meet both company goals and customer needs.
2. Analyzing and recommending improvements that will increase product uniformity, stability and customer satisfaction
3. Work with customers to insure that quality standards are met.
4. Run the metallurgical laboratory
The company will help with normal relocation expenses and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Sorry no visa sponsorship is available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
