Business Analyst, SAP Logistics Execution

Duties:
Ensure that the Schaeffler Global and Regional SAP business applications are maintained and developed to agreed standards.
Responsible for ensuring that business users are supported in driving the highest possible benefit from using these SAP systems and that regional systems are harmonized across brands/divisions and within the global context.
Interface with Business Application Management analysts (programmer and application), Process and Information Management Strategy and Program Office, Process and Information Management Business Process peers and GRMs in the Global IT group, Business Demand Manager, and key users and Business Request Managers of Schaeffler North America to improve the Business Application Management service quality and effectively solve assigned tasks.
Apply advanced SAP Logistics knowledge in support and development of Schaeffler specific Logistics Execution process (including configuration and implementation), coordinate and provide technical support for the successful conversion and migration of the existing legacy systems into new SAP systems.
Manage regional requests for change and projects with in SAP Logistics space and ensure applications are in line with North American regional processes.
Present regional initiatives and develop them in accordance with the global governance model and SAP standard process.
Maintain roadmaps, preparing demands and project requests and RFCs.
Clarify requirements and coordinate testing/training/support in the SAP Logistics Execution Module.
Interface with IT departments of external companies to maintain and design third party logistics & warehouse solutions using SAP EDI/ALE IDOC interfaces.
5 years of experience as a consultant or technology architect or lead in SAP specializing in logistics execution and warehouse modules, plus advanced level of analytical knowledge of the SAP system and its technical specifications, ABAP Programming & Debugging, configuration and implementation of SAP.
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology, computer science or a related field
