Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Manchester, Connecticut
As our Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead in our mechanical engineering group and manage a variety of projects. These projects may include the study, assessment, design, and specification of mechanical systems for buildings and site infrastructure. In addition to providing technical expertise and oversight, you will be counted on to constantly mentor and develop engineers.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (a Masters degree is a plus!), and possess 15 years of relevant experience. Three to five of those years should emphasize project-management responsibilities. PE registration in the state of Connecticut, with eligibility for license reciprocity in other states is required. You should be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and be proficient with Trane Trace or similar load calculation software and energy efficiency programs. Youll also need excellent oral- and written-communications skills.
