Responsibilities and Duties Include:
The Business Objects-Crystal Reports Tool Lead is the principal member of an Administration team tasked with managing a large Business Objects installation at a large federal agency in Arlington, VA. The TL will be responsible for the planning and implementation of incremental updates and upgrades to BO 4.1. The TL will work with client in providing detailed schedule status briefings on a regular basis and interface with other IT organizations in infrastructure, security, development and release management to ensure the project stays on track. The TL will ensure all production issues are promptly addressed within the SLA incident resolution and application availability Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate would have experience optimizing BO installations and environments to ensure high application availability and strong performance.
Qualifications
At least 8-10 years of BI tool Administration experience
4
years of experience in SAP Business Objects XI3.0 or above and Business Objects implementation (SAP or other)
4
years of experience in SAP Business Objects Enterprise Installation, sizing, and best practice
2
years of experience in SAP Data Services
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent certification a plus
Business Objects or SAP equivalent certifications a plus
Other Critical Hiring Criteria
Ability to multitask on various projects/clients at the same time
Excellent communication skills
Work Location: Onsite Full time at client site in Arlington, VA
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree Desired or Equivalent Experience
Clearance Required
