Summary:
To provide a range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions at our client's Water Treatment Plant in Renton at the Cedars Water Plant outside of Seattle. As a Certified Water Operator you will participate in the operation, repair, and maintenance of a water treatment plant. The Cedar Water Treatment Plant is a 180MGD DBO located in Renton Washington and has been in operation for 8 years. Water treatment meets water quality standards without filtration and uses ozone, UV, and chlorination, and supplies 65% of the drinking water for the City of Seattle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Includes the following but not limited to:
Under general guidance, operate, maintain, and repair a water treatment plant and associated components.
Comply and report non-compliance with OMI and Project policies and procedures.
Diagnose operating problems and perform or direct necessary corrective actions.
Enter data, prepare reports, and maintain records of plant operations.
Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
Collect samples, perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on raw water quality, process, treated water.
Read gauges and meters, start/stop equipment and operate valves to route and control flow, make process control adjustments, determine and set proper chemical dosage and flow rates, operate PLCs and SCADA systems.
Inspect equipment to identify and perform needed maintenance and repairs.
Record and enter data into computers, make entries in plant logs, and prepare a variety of written reports.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Have a working knowledgeable of computer operations, ability to enter information into data management systems, and operate plant PLCs and SCADA systems.
Basic writing, verbal communication, and math skills.
Knowledge of the principles, practices and methods of WATER TREATMENT PLANT and conveyance system operations, including the operation of all relevant processes, systems and equipment.
Have a working knowledge of safety, safe work practices, and training

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Must have Washington WTPO III Certification
Possess a valid State of Washington driver's license with no major infractions

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
