Career Citi is seeking an Office Administration / Customer Service Expert. In this role you will be responsible for successfully carrying out assignments with team leaders in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Preparing for and conducting meetings and reviews
Plans or schedules own work. Coordinates and/or takes lead responsibility on special projects requiring advanced skills
Provide expert hands-on support to researchers and co-workers
Answers phone and greet clients
Job Requirements:
Candidates will be expected to have at least an average level of understanding with the MS Office suite
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential and important
Ability to develop strong relationship within our company and with our clients
A desire to put customer service first

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
