We are seeking a well rounded Video Conference Technician to support a high profile Executive Suite in Plano, TX. In this role you will help users with system adoption and troubleshooting. This is a 4 month contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Provide high level of customer service with friendly disposition and ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.
Set and maintain proactive executive/high profile meeting support levels.
Provide assistance to fulfill any multimedia technical needs as assigned.
Assume responsibility for the integrity of allocated rooms.
Perform regular room checks and & preventative maintenance.
Ensure that relevant 'help' documentation is available.
Ensure there are no 'safety issues' in the room.
Conduct setup, testing, operation, and tear down of audio visual (AV) and videoconference equipment; in compliance with the set of prescribed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Execute and assist in all aspects of videoconferences, including: call set- up, end user training, troubleshooting, and follow- through on escalation of trouble issues
Provide consultation and education to all levels of end users on presentation technology equipment.
Troubleshoot AV and videoconferencing related technology , which includes (control systems, audio- and videoconferencing.)
