Job Description Survey Rodman will assist in the collection of surveying data needed to complete different types of survey work assignments for pipeline projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:oPlace marks, stakes, pins, and monuments.oDrive stakes to fix survey points and determine location data to be placed on stakes.oHold survey rod and measure distances using tape.oHold survey prism pole for GPS work.oCarry stakes and other field equipment over long distances and through a variety of terrain.oPerform maintenance of field equipment and maintain supplies for survey crew
Candidate Specification Candidates should have: oPrevious pipeline surveying experience preferred. oFamiliarity with commonly used surveying terms and with the use and care of survey tools and other survey field equipment used for measuring, sighting, and leveling. oStrong work ethic and team-player attitude. oMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
