Contracts Counsel
The candidate will negotiate changes to the form of agreement given to company by various vendors. Types of vendor contracts include: license agreements (both perpetual and subscription), facilities leases, professional services agreements, and services agreements (where company buy recurring services). Will negotiate joint marketing agreements with business partners (most often the business partner is also a customer or a vendor) that obligate each party to perform certain marketing activities with the objective of generating demand for the party's services. Must have Law degree and 2-6 years of work experience (can include summer internships).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
