In this role you will be responsible for creating and keeping up great correspondence and successful working relationships with customers and will provide assistance to fellow co-workers when required. Responsibilities:
Duties include mailroom operations, bookkeeping, answer and directing phone calls, and various other office duties as they arise
Compose correspondence and documents of a confidential nature
Support the Sales team by processing client documents and order information
Job Requirements:
Verbal and written abilities at an above average level
General working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Dependability and reliability go a long way in our company
Attention to detail and thoroughness in your duties is a must

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
