The candidate drives the full contracting process by analyzing business, financial, and legal risks, including developing and communicating creative solutions and mitigation strategies for key negotiation points with customers, and drafting and negotiating appropriate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of company. Guides planning process for prioritizing deal support in working with senior sales and business leaders, and implements company legal strategy to focus on high value activities. Provides mentoring and coaching for other team members. Manages alignment of work activities and key initiatives with overall priorities of company legal function. Builds strong relationships and networks with a variety of senior managers including company legal colleagues, senior business owners, sales leaders and senior customers to facilitate effective escalations and efficient deal closures. Acts as key advisor to senior sales and business leaders in the country or assigned areas of responsibility. Leads non-standard, medium/high risk, customer-facing contract negotiation, closure, and dispute resolution for two or more sales or business groups within a country. Impacts internal and external clients based in the country, potentially with global presence.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
