Job Description:
We are looking for a Waste Water Treatment Facility Manager for a Pork Processing Plant.
Summary: Responsible for managing the entire wastewater treatment operations facility that handles approximately 2.8 million gallons of wastewater daily from a pork processing and biodiesel production plant. Accurate/timely reporting to ODEQ.
The discharge from this facility goes to a municipal lagoon system, used for land application.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in biology, chemistry, or in environmental science.
5 or more years' experience in wastewater treatment system operations required - preferably in activated sludge.
Level C wastewater lab wastewater operator license or higher.
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in biology, chemistry, or in environmental science.
2. 5 or more years' experience in wastewater treatment system operations, preferably in activated sludge.
3. Level C wastewater lab or wastewater operator license or higher.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
