Counsel-General Law
The candidate will for Intelligence, Information, and Services (IIS) division. Reporting to the IIS Vice President and General Counsel, would be the lawyer on the leadership team of a business subdivision within IIS. Will be a leader capable of positively influencing how the team handles the broad range of complex legal, regulatory, and business issues the operations and growth of that subdivision. As the main source and channel of legal advice to this subdivision, this lawyer will collaborate with other OGC members, senior leaders in IIS, and senior managers in contracts, supply chain, human resources, business development, and other functions. Will also interact with outside counsel and the lawyers of customers and partners. A sample of responsibilities includes: Lead or support negotiations of international and domestic contracts; Represent company to customers, partners, and counterparts; Review and revise a range of agreements; Conduct and supervise internal investigations; Manage litigation, including arbitrations, GAO protests, and claims in administrative, state, and federal forums.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
