DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Hourly Technician
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required. 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred. Solid reading, writing and mathematics skills including decimals & fractions; ability to follow written and oral instructions; read and interpret precise measuring instruments; strong organizational skills; work well with others on the team; teachable, accurate, neat, respectful of others, flexible, manage time well, punctual, reliable, responsible.
Positive approach to work; initiative, leadership, creativity. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; computer skills.
Physical lifting of up to 30 lbs. repetitively in a scheduled work day; walking, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, carrying, overhead movement; ability to work in a heated environment; no allergy to nuts;
Successful completion of drug screen and post-offer physical exam.
