Essential Job Functions:
Read and understand the Engineering master drawings
Understand all GD&T; symbols, able to read CMM supporting documents and interpolate in CMM programming.
Create the Offline & Online CMM programs which can be easily executed and interpreted to shop floor level with outmost care and attention to detail with precision.
Create program such that it can read across to other CMM software's and machines.
Create programs for high complex parts
Create programs through software and text files.
Run online / offline programs to produce accurate output, adhering to complete requirements of Customer standards
Detailed Programming Information file should be drafted out of these CMM programs which is readable, clear and contains every program, probe, coordinate system and subprogram details to the Inspection standard requirements
Should be proficient enough to read 3D models and drawings for CMM Inspection in programming concept.
Create programs with Rotary table attachment
All these work should be self-engineered, mistake proof and a ready to use output. Should be proficient to use and implement auto check concepts, tollgate systems and be able to perform self-defect management - with problem solving ability.

Hands on experience in Online / Offline CMM programming skills with rotary table attachment
Hands on experience with all types Measuring instruments & inspection methods
Ability to decide on restrained and un-restrained conditions on part/component during inspection
Good knowledge of indirect measurements & Gauging concepts
Well versed with CAD packages, preferably UG NX ver 6 and above
First Article Inspection Report preparation (FAIR)
Data collection and Analysis( QC 7 tools)
Creation of Work Instructions, SOP's, Technical instruction and other documents.
Knowledge on Process Capability analysis using Minitab ver 14 and above
CMM Program Validations & Gauge R&R;
Optimization in terms of Programming.
Awareness of aerospace engine products
Awareness of aerospace quality requirements
Good working knowledge on First principle measuring Instruments & Gauge R&R.;
Able to verify the CMM program output by First principle inspection method.
Good knowledge of Shop floor Inspection. Aero/Auto domain preferred.
Very good knowledge of Engineering drawing to Manufacturing drawing interpretation to programming.
Well versed with fixture requirement for CMM Inspection.
Education & Professional Qualification:
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum hands on experience in Manufacturing Engineering 3-6 years
At least Three year experience in Offline programming in Zeiss, DEA and Brown & Sharp Software's (CALYPSO, HOLOS, GEAR PRO, PCDMIS)
Should have background on Quality Management Systems
Green Belt certification in any Quality initiative would be added advantage

Industrial regulation.
Hands on in handling CMM machines of, Zeiss Contura, Accura, Prismo, Duramax, Eclipse, Vista machines
Proficient in Offline/ Online Programming withZeiss, DEA and Brown & Sharp - CALYPSO ver 4 and above, Gear Pro, Blade pro, Holos , Free form software CALIGO and PCDMIS __
Computer /SW skills to be used:
MS Office tools : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Project.
3D Software : UG NX 6.0 and above.
CMM Software : CALYPSO ver 4 and above, PCDMIS,
: Gear Pro, Blade pro, HOLOS , CALIGO
Analysis tools : Minitab14
Product Lifecycle Management : Teamcenter

Good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components
Hands on experience in Process planning for precision machined components - Aero components preferred
Hands on experience in Tool design (Jigs and Fixtures)
Awareness in NX Manufacturing
Awareness of CNC / CAM programming
Experience in VBA coding

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
