Bachelor's in Accounting or Business Administration is Mandatory. MBA is preferred.
Must have at least 7 to 10 years of progressive Management experience; also have experience in an aerospace defense company.
Familiarity with DCAA/FAR cost accounting is a PLUS!
Person should possess strong analytical experience, management skills (effective communicator-verbal/written)
Will need to be able to serve a number of Supervisors and be able to interact with Management at all levels.
Should be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, have both Manufacturing and Operational experience from related sector, and have a strong commitment to Continual Improvement and Operational excellence.
Focus will be on cash and profitability.
Overseas travel and extended work hours may be required.

Will be a business partner to the President and a credible deputy when required.
Contribute to business strategy development.
Serve as primary Finance interface to PLC, SBU, and customers.
Continually improve the financial control of the company in order to provide Management information to make valid business decisions.
Develop innovative solutions to complex financial issues, including support to bids, proposals, and investments.
Able to convey complex financial information to diverse audience in a comprehensible manner.
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and evaluate their impact on stakeholders.
Ensure Accurate Financial and Management data on company systems
Improve financial control through shared best practice, ensuring high standards of professional integrity are maintained.
Ensure cooperation with internal and external audit staff in the performance of their duties.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
