> Minimum 3 years stamping experience or related field.
> Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer or related experience.
> Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
> CMM Programming & Use is a positive
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
> Fundamentals of TS16949
> Internal Auditing
> CMM Programming & Use
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
> Will have the ability to work a schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basis.
> Fundamental use of Minitab and statistical analysis
> Fundamentals of the PPAP process
Fundamentals of the PPAP process APQP process.
> Necessary skills to aid in gauge design and purchase of applicable gauges.
> Fundamental understanding of GD&T, Gauge R & R, SPC, and Quality Inspection Techniques
> Fundamental understanding of Control Plans, FMEA's, Flow Diagrams and In-Process Inspection.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
