Description
Potawatomi Training LLC (PTLLC) is seeking qualified Training Developers to conduct training needs analyses and development of instructional products in support of various TRADOC Centers of Excellence.
Description:
o Provide training and education development (TED) product services to bring designated Lesson Plans (LP) and Programs of Instruction (POI) to standards outlined in TRADOC Regulation 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems, the 350-70 TRADOC Pamphlet series, and the Army Learning Concept 2015.
o Apply knowledge of instructional technologies, strategies, and models to design and develop new Critical Task Lists, Training Support Packages (TSPs), LPs, evaluation instruments, and related instructional media and materials.
o Document all products in the Training Development Capability (TDC)-Course Resource Model/Instructor Resource Model (TDC-CRM/IRM).
o Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
Education, Experience & Training Requirements:
o At least five (5) years' experience with knowledge in training and education product development in the institutional domain desired.
o The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs desired.
o Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook desired.
o Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing; English fluency is required.
o Must be able to pass a background investigation enabling access to Government networks; may require a security clearance and must maintain that clearance throughout the contract (applicants should indicate their existing security clearance level).

PTLLC -Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
