A well-funded Mtn. View based startup has a need for an Email Marketing Manager with 3-6 years of experience to drive user engagement and revenue for its online service and mobile apps. This position reports to the Head of Product.

This person will be doing the planning, strategy, and implementation of email campaigns - including content, creative testing, reporting, and analytics. You'll work with the product, design, and content teams to create messaging and email deployment strategies for established vs. new customers, and identify, test, and implement opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction via email. You'll maintain best practices such as browser/client compatibility, appearance of subject lines, images, etc.
This person will monitor, analyze and report on email performance vs. goals to the executive team, monitor and minimize unsubscribe and bounce complaint rates, ensure spam regulation compliance, and analyze KPIs to optimize open rates, click throughs, and conversion.

This is an onsite direct hire opportunity and starts ASAP.

SKILLS
A background in consumer finance / consumer internet design is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of HTML
Experience with web analytics systems like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Strongview
