An opportunity exists within Prudential Group Insurances Customer Communications team for a highly motivated, experienced communications professional to manage and monitor GIs transactional customer communication outputs, design, to build and implement output solutions and to develop and monitor reporting and trending of transactional outputs. Key responsibilities include:
Act as a communications analyst specializing in the output world for both print and electronic delivery by supporting the project work associated with converting or creating new output solutions.
Serve as business communications professional writer for external audience for rewrite projects, new outputs and modifications to existing outputs.
Perform routine composition changes and additions for new and maintenance of outputs for GI.
Coordinate cross functional team review and approval of both new and modified outputs.
Develop and monitor reporting to ensure vendor(s) are meeting their SLAs.
Analyze both internal and vendor processes to research any missed SLAs, privacy or any incident relating to output. Gather information and partner as necessary with the vendors, internal business or IT areas involved to come to resolution. Determine root cause and put into place new processes or technology changes to eliminate this from occurring again in the future.
Analyze to determine trends and potential solutions to improve client experience, reduce costs and support a controlled process

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferably in the transactional output/customer communications space)
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to frequent change
Demonstrated strong collaboration skills and ability to navigate well in a matrix organization, including managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to gather data, organize ideas, analyze and report complex data, and implement solutions specific to customer communications
