Experience Required (Length & Type)
Three to Five years kill floor experience in a pork facility preferred.
Skills Required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before immediate supervisor or employees of organization.
Must be able to read/write and speak English.
Summary of Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise employees in the production department. Carry out supervisory
responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Resposibilities include interviewing,hiring, and training employees; planning,assigning
and directing work; appraising performance;rewarding and disciplining employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
