Due to continual growth we are looking for a Leasing Specialist in Johnston, IA. This is for Chapel Ridge Apartment community - a Tax Credit property with 206 units.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, energetic personality and the willingness to work in a team environment. Some weekend hours may be required.

The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for playing an active role in marketing the property and obtaining maximum occupancy. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Marketing
Lease Administration
Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance to company standards.
Encourage Resident Retention by working with Property Manager
Accounting Policies and Procedures
Some weekend hours will be required
Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial:
Leasing/Sales
Customer Service
