FURNITURE BACKGROUND REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
Chino furniture warehouse is looking for a Customer Service Rep that knows furniture.
Qualifications:
You have to able to talk to clients over the phone about there issues with there furniture / if it is not the right size what are the names of the different parts of the furniture
A strong furniture background is needed to relate to the client that is looking for answers on why the pieces they received is wrong or what kind of product they bought.
Will be making inbound calls and out bound calls asking clients if there furniture is fine and ask them will they need any other pieces
Furniture knowledge will make the client fill more relaxed over the phone when talking to you. you can recommend different other parts of furniture or a whole new set
Also with furniture you can help a client make a choice on what is more suitable
CURRENTLY LOOKING TO PAY UP TO $15 AN HOUR
