Developer Support Engineer

Help build engaging and social applications using Facebook Platform. Interface with operations and engineering teams to drive development and improvement of application tools and processes. Engage with Platform Developers at the code-level to ensure smooth integration with the Facebook APIs. Work closely with other Facebook Platform Engineering teams to investigate and resolve any developer issues which are impacting the broader Platform. Responsible for building and extending the tools to monitor and scale the Developer Support service. Utilize Facebook code base and big-data analysis skills. Provide code level technical support to external developers to help them enhance their applications with the Facebook Platform. Build out tools and processes to improve the level of support provided to developers.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field.
