Job Description o Responsible for planning and executing IAD training sessions as needed in the US
o Assisting with global Regulatory Management, including coordinating, tracking, and responding to requests, and tracking progress of commitments to regulatory agencies
o Working at direction of Senior Audit Managers of Audit Strategy & Training and Regulatory Management, as needed
o Works independently but receives assistance/coaching from the Senior Audit Manager and Senior Audit Group Manager
o May participate and/or lead assigned special projects as needed for both TDBG and TDB
Qualifications Position may be located in Falmouth,ME-Cherry Hill,NJ,Greenville,SC.
Travel expectation may be greater for candidates in ME and SC.
o 4 year degree or equivalent experience
o A minimum of 5 years related experience preferred
o Strong background in internal audit
o Proven training facilitation techniques and skills
o Excellent presentation skills
o Ability to successfully and effectively engage training participants
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Strong decision-making and follow through ability
o Solid problem solving ability
o Communicate clearly and openly
o Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
o Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
o PC skills (MS Office Suite)
o Works well independently and with others
o Strong analytical skills
o Ability to respond to shifting priorities quickly
o Team working experience
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and management
o Demonstrated effective project management skills
o Travel 30% or more
