Job Description The Business Systems Analyst performs systems analysis assignments with varying degrees of supervision. The Business Systems Analyst also provides complex technical business support to clients that utilize small/ midsize/enterprise level systems.
o Communicates with programmers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users. Works with programmers to ensure that the delivered system matches the specified features and functions
o Assesses available technologies recommending innovative and cost-effective solutions.
o Analyzes business challenges and recommends appropriate IT solutions and services.
o Maps current business processes to new systems and supports the transition to the new solution.
o Determines interface requirements for effective system transition.
o Resolves issues that cross multiple systems or departments that may affect the business process.
o Develops detailed specification documents that include features and functions of the new system.
Develops test plans and test case scenarios to guarantee the new system design meets business requirements.
o Implements new system installations, upgrade and conversions.
o Documents selected system parameters, file layouts and application design layouts. Tracks open issues and resolution of issues.

Qualifications o 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience
o Must have 5 to 7 years of experience working on ATM and Switch projects.
o Must have 5 to 10 years of experience with software development.
o Must have experience in supporting large project delivery in a capacity of deliver manager role.
o As required, must be able to do production support.
o Experience with either Base24 or Connex is preferable.
o Understanding of computer networking technology is a plus.
o Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills.
o Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis.
o Previous management experience required.
o Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed.
o Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications.
This position can be based in the following locations:NJ-MountLaurel,ME-Falmouth,SC-Greenville.
