Responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions, conducting incident investigations and coordinates corrective measures. Complete in field coaching to assure that all employees are observing, following and understanding safety programs as well as the ability to understand and follow regulatory guidelines. Train plant employees on safety, company policies and procedures and regulations pertaining to employee safety. Ensure compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations. Acts as the primary contact with OSM and all HSE related activities. (OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES) Oversee and manage environmental regulatory compliance including air emissions, hazardous waste, energy reduction. Implementation of training including but not limited to risk assessment. Able to support staff through routine field inspections to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with federal safety regulations.Reporting investigation and corrective action in a timely manner with the Regional HES Manager. MUST HAVE:(1) Strong planning and organization skills (2) Suitable analytical skills and application of HES requirements (3) Excellent oral and written communication skills (4) Strong environmental knowledge (5) Excellent computer skills (MS, office, database tools, and web based applications) MUST HAVE COLLEGE AND 3-5 YRS EXPERIENCE

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
