Job Description The Specialized Human Resources Analyst I provides research, analysis and project support within a specialized Human Resources unit and interfaces with Human Resources Business Partners.
Job Requirements o Generally works under the guidance and direction of management/senior roles.
o Provides a range of administrative, operational, analytical and project support.
o Conducts complete analysis including data gathering and validation; may be required to present findings.
o Accesses, compiles, verify and present data, efficiently and accurately, in a clear and meaningful way.
oTracks and reconciles data relating to existing programs; creates and produces daily and periodic reports and documentation.
o Independently reviews, reconciles and presents data/information.
o Understands and maintains processes/procedures in own specialized area.
o May be a contact for assigned project/process which is limited in scope and complexity.
o Co-ordinates internal and external research projects as required.
o Supports the Business in Managing HR Issues, audits and other key projects/initiatives.
o Ensures ongoing communication with the team on the status of daily and periodic functions, projects and issues/points of interest.
o Participates in action planning to address employee survey results.
o Contributes to projects and activities as directed, including process improvements, special projects and reporting
o Implement HR Programs
o Contributes to the implementation and administration of new programs
o Participates in post implementation reviews by collecting and analyzing information.
Qualifications o 2 Year Degree or equivalent experience
o 1-2 Years of related experience
o Ability to work independently.
o Strong communication skills.
o Intermediate MS Office knowledge, particularly Word and Excel.
