Lead Maintenance Technician
Moline, Illinois
As our Lead Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities would include the repair and maintenance of building equipment and systems throughout multiple properties. You would ensure that all work is accomplished safely and in accordance with established safety practices. Specifically, you would respond to all tenant service requests promptly and courteously, and resolve the problem(s) on the first visit. You should expect to work independently; often as the only onsite representative for tenant/vendor contact. You will also be expected to provide the assigned property manager with regular updates and pertinent information to assist in the effective management of the building and maintain the highest level of tenant satisfaction. To qualify, you should have 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance of commercial buildings and have HVAC certification.
