Summary:
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and being responsible for acquiring and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The IT Project Manager will also define the scope and objectives of a project and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle
Essential Functions:
Build and leverage relationships with internal business partners (Operating Company Supply Chain, and Product Development members), corporate enablers (I.T., Finance, and MCR), and external partners to deliver technology solutions for Supply Chain.
Be a subject matter expert in financial systems solutions, strategies, analytics and best practices. Act as a consultant to operating company and corporate stakeholders to influence strategies and long term planning.
Identify and deliver breakthrough value to the Corporation and establish standard work process so the breakthrough can be repeated as other operating companies deploy the same capability. Support continuous improvement of the solutions established.
Prepare and deliver communications to various audiences including C-level and President level members. Must have experience providing insights and recommendations and speak to the impacts on business results.
Define KPI targets/goals based on business analysis to deliver strategic business results.
Manage the development of testing strategies and plans with business owners.
Manage indirect resources, both internal and external, to understand and evaluate functional requirements, review technology/application alternatives, and develop innovative business solutions and designs.
Manage all aspects of project management activities (costs, budget, timelines, issues/risk management, deliverables, quality, and change control)
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
Accountable to Senior Business Leadership and Sponsors to achieve the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables as well as the forecasting accuracy of budget and resources.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
Plans, conducts, and direct, complex information systems projects.
Recommend and implement changes in methods or procedures to drive efficiency.
Develop full-scale detailed project plans and manage task dependencies and critical path.
Schedules work to meet completion dates and technical specifications.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
Reviews and communicates progress with project stakeholders in a timely manner.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must have a high level of attention to details, have the ability to analyze complex information, collect and research data and use intuition and experience to complement data. Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information, develop alternative solutions, and work well in individual and group problem solving situations. Must be able to coach members to identify/resolve problems and develop alternative, cost-effective solutions.
Must have the ability to develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, complete projects on time and budget and manage project team activities.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, plan for additional resources, set objectives and develop action plans, delegate tasks to team members
Education:
Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Liberal Arts, Business or Engineering and four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with Oracle EBS Suite of Applications a plus.
Certifications:
PMP preferred, MBA preferred
