Sales Development Representative and Sourcing Specialist

Since our inception two and half years ago, we have secured contracts with some of the fastest growing and dynamic technology companies in New England - and their collective demand has outweighed our ability to keep up.a good problem to have! We need to hire an entry level Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Sourcing Specialist to help us initially with our candidate flow.
In this role, you will join efforts with the current MVC team and assist us in our sales candidate searches. Over the course of 6-12 months, you will learn our business inside and out and eventually become a Sales Consultant with your own client and candidate database. The formal and informal training you will receive cannot be matched!

Qualifications and Attributes:

Excellent research, communication and organizational skills
Genuine interest in the recruiting/staffing field
Day to day responsibilities
Consult daily with the sales team on current openings and effectively manage your daily plan
Identify and make first contact with potential candidates based on search parameters set up by the account managers using tools such as our Bullhorn Database, Bullhorn Reach Postings, Linkedin, Facebook, Networking and referrals.
Help build and manage a database of candidates
Identify, qualify and represent top performing sales professionals for our clients - sourcing from multiple mediums: Our database, Linkedin, Facebook, Networking and Referrals

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
