Position Title: Catering Support/ Fraternity's
Position
Summary:
o Serves food and beverage to customers using proper rules of etiquette
o Preforms routine duties related to serving food as well as clearing dishes and cleaning tables
o Collects and disposes of garbage left at tables
o Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
o May operate dishwasher or assist with washing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans.
o May assist with stocking food inventory
o May carry and distribute supplies and equipment
o May assist others in the preparation of foods and properly store foods.
Typical Knowledge and Skills:
Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using tools and equipment appropriate for the position. Ability to effectively communicate and receive information in a manner easily understood by fellow employees.

Experience: High school Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Familiarity of food service and food preparation.

Working Conditions:
