Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for a Interior Design Assistant for our Nashville, TN client on a temporary/contract to possible hire basis.
Job Description:
Experience in a design office preferred
High level of competency in administrative tasks
Positive can-do attitude
Smart with ability to think on your feet & to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent people skills
Flexibility, resourcefulness & dependability
Obsession with accuracy and attention to detail
Confidence and assertiveness
Excellent communication and skills, oral and written
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Interface with clients, vendors and contractors
General Organizational and administrative duties
Project organization and administration
Keeping detailed meeting notes / task lists / calendars / action items on multiple projects
Purchasing & expediting, including maintaining a status report
Organization of materials Library
Assistance in production and execution- from placing orders to overseeing deliveries
Generate invoices for custom-made furniture as well as purchases made on behalf of clients
Assist in developing budgets
Requirements:
BA or equivalent degree
Minimum 2 years of experience
Full fluency in MS Office Suite
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Superior admin and organizational skills
