Overview:

The Adjunct Faculty Member is expected to work collaboratively with the Program Director, Campus Dean and academic support programs to facilitate student success and strengthen the reputation of the university by promoting excellence through curriculum development and delivery. Active participation in departmental, campus and college committees is required.

Essential Criteria for Success:
Truly enjoys interacting with students; Smiles on a regular basis

Demonstrates integrity, honesty, teamwork and genuine commitment to education
Captivate students by utilizing your amazing communications skills.
Earned Doctorate Degree in related field is preferred. A Master's degree will also be considered.
Record of successful working relationships with internal and external constituencies.
Teaching, research, and community service experience
Master's degree in Health Information Management or Business Management with credentials of RHIT are highly considered
1-2 years professional experiences in Health Information Management, Health Informatics or Health Information Technology fields.
Applicant must have a professional licensure through AHIMA or AAPC, e.g.: CCP, RHIA or RHIT licensure.
Experience and proficiency in an EHR/EMR system
Must be proficient with the use of computers
Flexible to instruct day and night courses

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
