Summary:
Represent HarperCollins Christian Publishing titles and church campaigns to pastors and church leaders, building relationships with churches by providing expert resource consulting and training.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Church Sales:
Achieve territory revenue goals and individual church campaign sales goals.
Achieve overall ChurchSource revenue goals.
Sell all HCCP (and appropriate HCP) resources to church customers.
Convert church leads and prospects to customers.
Cultivate ongoing purchasing relationships with pastors and church leaders.
Create incremental revenue through upselling, custom opportunities, etc.
Work closely with Customer Service to ensure seamless communication with and service to churches.
Church Training:
Provide expert product knowledge and campaign consultation to church customers.
Conduct church training sessions and provide product support as needed.

Education: B.A. in business, communications, or related field preferred
Industry Knowledge:
Church or ministry knowledge strongly preferred
Publishing industry knowledge helpful

Familiar with MS Office Suite (especially Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems preferred
