Job Title:Support Supervisor

The Support Supervisor's role is to supervise and engage a team of Support Specialists that perform all merchandis execution and replenishment activities in the store to create an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
o Team Development- You know how important it is to a) provide the team with ongoing feedback b) make yourself available to the team you support so they can grow
o Merchandising Visual Execution and Pricing/Signing - You can follow company visual direction like a champ, but at the same time you know when a design or layout may not work in your particular store and you adjust on the fly. You've got high visual standards and you expect the same from everyone on the team!
o Support functions - You make sure everyone on the team operates like a well oiled machine when it comes to unloading trucks and preparing merchandise to be placed on the sales floor and when it comes to identifying replenishment opportunities across the store - you have eagle eyes and can swoop in and make sure it gets done right.
o Support resources - You enjoy the challenge of matching resources to demand - of customers, trucks, and store needs!
