_Essential Requirements_
Profiles customer's personal and financial needs and goals. Completes a minimum number of profiles per month as directed by management.
Recognizes needs, explains complex products to all types of investors/savers and recommends investment and insurance products solutions to assist the customer in reaching their goals. Activity level and revenue from sales should meet goals established by management.
Uncovers, tracks, and refers back opportunities for traditional banking products through profiling efforts.
Maintains, acquires, and completes annual continual education on all licenses and designations.
Processes, follow-ups, and files all investment product paperwork, activity reports, referral reports, audit and compliance reports on a timely basis.
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
Ability to travel to all customer locations as well as ability to travel over night, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
_Experience/Skills_
One (1) to three (3) years of experience preferred or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Series 7, Series 63, Series 66 or 65, IN Life and Health, LTC and Partner Plan certification required (some can be obtained after hire).
Detailed knowledge of investment, insurance products and their taxations (especially IRA rules).
Knowledge of financial calculators.
Strong profiling and selling skills.
Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
Self-starter, good organization.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
